At SPERIO, every order marks the beginning of a new Chapter. Each garment is carefully inspected, prepared, and packaged before it leaves our House to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

During Chapter launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing may take slightly longer. If this happens, we'll keep you informed by email.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Worldwide Shipping

SPERIO proudly ships to customers worldwide.

Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and local shipping regulations.

If we are currently unable to deliver to your country, you'll be notified during checkout.

Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been shipped.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or local circumstances beyond our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before payment is completed.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

SPERIO cannot be responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. We'll do our best to update your order before it is shipped.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your package appears delayed or lost during transit:

  1. Check your tracking information.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier.
  3. If you still need assistance, contact our support team.

We'll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include your order number.
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

We'll review your request and work with you to find an appropriate solution.


Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to SPERIO because:

  • The address provided was incorrect,
  • Delivery was repeatedly attempted but unsuccessful, or
  • The parcel was refused by the recipient,

additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.


Limited Chapter Releases

SPERIO garments are released in limited Chapters.

Once a Chapter has been archived, replacement stock may no longer be available.

If a shipment is lost after confirmed delivery or cannot be recovered, our ability to replace a limited-edition item may depend on remaining inventory.

Where a replacement is not available, we'll work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Every SPERIO order is carefully prepared using premium packaging designed to protect your garment throughout its journey.

Before dispatch, each item undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards.
