At SPERIO, every garment is carefully inspected before it leaves our House. We are committed to delivering products that meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be returned in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alterations.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We're happy to exchange your item (subject to stock availability).
If your requested size is unavailable, you may choose:
- A full refund.
- Store credit.
- A different available size or color (if offered).
Limited Chapters
SPERIO releases garments in limited Chapters.
Once a Chapter is archived, it will not be reproduced.
If your size is no longer available, we may be unable to offer an exchange. In these cases, you may choose a refund or store credit instead.
How to Start a Return
To request a return:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll provide return instructions once your request has been reviewed.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
We'll review your request and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, safety, or limited-edition reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift cards.
- Final Sale items (clearly marked at purchase).
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless local consumer laws require otherwise.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, manufacturing defect, or shipping damage), SPERIO will cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
Our Craftsmanship Promise
Every SPERIO garment is individually inspected before shipment.
If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect, we'll make it right through a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on availability.

Every SPERIO garment is released once. Once a Chapter is archived, it will never be reproduced. If your preferred size is unavailable, we may not be able to offer a size exchange.
