At SPERIO, every order represents the beginning of a new Chapter. Each garment is individually inspected, carefully packaged, and prepared before it leaves our House to ensure it arrives in exceptional condition.


Worldwide Shipping

SPERIO proudly ships to customers worldwide.

Shipping availability may vary depending on your destination and local shipping regulations.

If shipping is currently unavailable in your country, you will be notified during checkout.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

During Chapter launches, public holidays, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll keep you informed by email.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated automatically during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Any applicable shipping charges will always be displayed before payment is completed.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are determined by your country's customs regulations and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate before completing your order.

SPERIO is unable to take responsibility for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we'll do our best to update the shipping information.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment appears delayed or cannot be located:

  1. Check your tracking information.
  2. Contact the shipping carrier.
  3. If you still need assistance, contact our support team.

We'll work closely with the carrier to help resolve the issue whenever possible.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to SPERIO due to:

  • An incorrect shipping address
  • Multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery by the recipient

additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be shipped again.


Chapter Releases

SPERIO garments are released as limited Chapters.

Once a Chapter has been archived, replacement inventory may no longer be available.

If a shipment cannot be replaced because a Chapter has completely sold out, we'll work with you to determine the most appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.


Packaging Standard

Every SPERIO order is carefully prepared using premium protective packaging.

Before dispatch, each garment undergoes a final quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards of craftsmanship.
