At SPERIO, every garment is created with exceptional care and individually inspected before it leaves our House. We want you to shop with confidence, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original tags and packaging.
- Show no signs of wear, damage, odors, stains, or alterations.
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We offer exchanges subject to product availability.
If your requested size is unavailable due to the limited nature of a Chapter release, you may choose:
- A full refund.
- Store credit.
- Another available size or color (where applicable).
Chapter Releases
Every SPERIO Chapter is intentionally limited.
Once a Chapter has been archived, it will not be reproduced or restocked.
If your preferred size has sold out, an exchange may not be possible. In these situations, we'll provide the best available resolution in accordance with this policy.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return:
- Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Please do not return items without first contacting us.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A brief description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we'll arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Gift cards.
- Final Sale items (clearly marked before purchase).
- Worn, washed, altered, or damaged products.
- Items returned without original tags or packaging.
Return Shipping
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless local consumer laws provide otherwise.
If the return is the result of our mistake or a verified manufacturing defect, SPERIO will cover the return shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow our standard return process.
Craftsmanship Promise
Every SPERIO garment undergoes a final quality inspection before shipment.
If you receive a product with a verified manufacturing defect, we'll make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on availability.
